Hyouka (2012)
I spent most of today out of the house. I met up with a school friend, I say school because my school had grades 4th to 12th (I don't understand the rational between that cut off LOL, yes there's a matching school with pre-k through 3rd). I think about my school days a lot mainly cause I still talk to a lot of my school friends. I've come to realize that most people don't do that haha
I think it's special (sad) that I was attending the same school for literally half my life. But I'm really glad that I got to go to that school mainly cause I didn't really suffer? as much as other kids when it comes in terms of bullying. I usually bullied back and other students would leave me alone.
One time there was a girl, Claire. She came up to me while I was reading manga and tried to make fun of me, she was with another student. "Oh look, it's (my name) she likes anime," gestures to my book. I tell her it's a manga, she is just confused and doesn't care for the fact that I corrected her. I continue to say, "Maybe, if you had friends you'd know what it is." The other student with her laughed. Claire left me alone after that. I only said what I said cause the manga wasn't even mine, I borrowed it from a friend and we'd share amongst each other. In high school I let a good chunk of people borrow my Scott Pilgrim books.
I'm also grateful to my school because that's where I met my husband. Met around 2005. Been together since 2009. Married in 2018. We are old as fuckkkkkk LOL Even without school though I think we would have met somehow, maybe just later on in life. Our friend groups overlapped with a couple of mutuals.
It was also kind of sad cause as I got older at that school I realized more and more how much it sucked to be an adult. Most of the teachers were doing online school to get their masters for better pay. If they weren't doing that, they had 2nd and 3rd jobs.
I myself at one point in my life use to teach behind the wheel driving. It's honestly not as scary as it sounds. I really liked teaching and connecting with my students. My classes were 2 hrs long. While they drove I would instruct and prepare them for the behind the wheel test. Most people that shouldn't, pass. Mostly because (at the time idk now) you can get 14 errors during the test and still get your license. It's a fuckin joke. I think someone really needs to practice at least 60 hrs behind the wheels. I think the minimum is 6 hrs TT_TT truly insane.

Scott Pilgrim Takes Off (2023)
This was better than the comics and the movie, fight me.
